22 Dec 18: Our Work Featured in The Economist

Our research on the application of spectroscopy in the fight against malaria has been featured in the latest issue of The Economist, in its Christmas double issue. The article highlights our work and mentions my colleague Fredros Okumu and me, emphasizing the impact of our research on developing new tools to combat disease transmission. Although only Fredros and I are mentioned in the article, this project is the result of the hard work of many others, including Francesco Baldini and Klaas Wynne, who were not named in the piece. We are all thrilled to see our research recognized in this way. Merry Christmas!
